INQUIRY – INVOLVEMENT OF THE PROCEEDINGS

Hereby informs that after reading the submitted offers for: preparation of application documentation for the project entitled „E-public services – horizontal competitions”, within the framework of the Regional Operational Program of the Dolnośląskie Voivodship 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 Information and Communication Technologies, Measures 2.1 – E-public services – Sub-measure 2.1.1 E-public services – horizontal competitions: (E-services and open public resources) for complete application documentation, is forced to cancel the proceedings.

The direct reason for the cancellation is that the offer with the lowest price is higher than the amount the Purchaser intended to spend on financing the order. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we can not increase this amount to the price of the best bid.
